2023 End of cycle reporting: Provider-level release
In December we published the 2023 sector-level end of cycle data resources.
On Thursday 18 January 2024 we will be publishing the latest set of provider-level 2023 end of cycle data releases on the UCAS website. This will cover:
- End of cycle data resources.
- Unconditional offer reports. Please note that, during the preview period, you will only receive the unconditional offer report relating to your provider.
There is an extended preview period, during which draft versions of your provider’s reports were made available to you through MOVEit, in strict confidence. The MOVEit user guide gives details on how to use the site, and if you have any issues with accessing MOVEit please contact the Customer Success Team on 0344 984 1111.
This review period runs from 14 December 2023 to 17:00 on 12 January 2024. During this review period you have the opportunity to undertake the following actions:
- End of cycle data resources
You can request the addition of a technical note of analytical context to be published alongside the data resources. These requests should relate solely to verifiable, definitional or scope changes that have a material impact on the time series. For example, 'In 2013, provider X99 took on an additional 150 entrants from a discontinued course at a nearby provider and reported these as RPAs’.
- Unconditional offer report
You can request the addition of a technical note on provider offer-making practices to be published alongside the unconditional offer report. These requests should relate solely to detail on offer-making practices that have a material impact on the time series. For example, 'In 2016, provider X99 began offering unconditional offers on courses AXXX and BXXX, targeted at those students who presented with complete entry portfolios’.
If you wish to supply a technical note to be published alongside any of your provider-level reports, please complete this form and return to stats@ucas.ac.uk by 17:00 on 12 January 2024.
Providers will also receive their own version of the relevant provider-level OfS/SFC data supply via MOVEit on Friday 19 January.
