UCAS-link

What is UCAS-link?

UCAS-link is a new modern standards-based API approach, focused on RESTful APIs.

New provider-facing products and services will be built for use with UCAS-link, and it will become the single integration channel supporting the admissions process. There will be a period, where providers can use a combination of xml-link and UCAS-link, to get the best out of their integration with UCAS.

The UCAS-link API will be ‘identity centric’ meaning that identifiers (such as a student’s personal ID) will be consistent across xml-link and UCAS-link, allowing you to efficiently interact with the UCAS services you need.
