UCAS contacts for providers

The Customer Success Team supports you in all areas relating to our application processes and operational policy. They can also support technical issues, escalate problems and deal with frontline enquiries relating to UCAS campaigns.

The team provides an email and telephone support service to all providers for queries relating to the management of undergraduate, postgraduate, and conservatoire courses. They provide advice and training on using UCAS’ systems to maintain course provision and can also offer support relating to Search and Discover tools, open days and provider pages.
